  The maps below illustrate the proposed Areas for a "PHASE 5 WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT."     

   

  In order to move forward with this proposal, residents must sign up in sufficient numbers to allow the District to request and receive loans and grants, funded through USDA Rural Development, for construction. The Board of Directors, management, and the District's engineer are working diligently to serve the maximum amount of customers in this area. Customer density, easements, and property acquisition all factor in to the decision of where we can provide service. We take our responsibility to serve our current and future customers very seriously. Our decisions are based on the District's financial well-being and ability to provide safe drinking water long into the future. We value the people of Scott County and look forward to serving more residents soon.
