Dear Scott County Resident: A Letter from PWSD No. 4

Dear Scott County Resident,

Public Water Supply District No. 4 of Scott County is a non-profit political subdivision, whose sole purpose is to provide a “Safe, Reliable, and Affordable” source of water to residents who are not currently being served by a municipal water source. We are currently serving over 1,200 customers through nearly 200 miles of water mains. In order to serve more people of Scott County, we must have participation and support from county residents. In three separate phases, residents have signed up in sufficient numbers to allow the District to request and receive loans and grants, funded through USDA Rural Development, for construction.
