Rates & Fees

Listed below, you will find our current rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you.

Monthly Water Rates 

Effective February 1, 2024

Minimum Rate =                 $34.70   0 - 1,000 gallons

Over 1,000 gallons =          $8.63   per each additional 1,000 gallons

New Service Connection Effective March 1, 2023
A side - $1,400.00
B side - $2,100.00

Cost does not include the installation of the service line ( Meter to Structure.)
Any service connection requiring a meter other than the standard
residential meter will be billed for the cost difference of those meters.

Renter Deposit - $200.00
New owners of property will not be charged a deposit fee
where existing service is in place. They are required to sign a
user agreement before service is made available.

Service Fees: Beginning October 1, 2019 there will be a $50.00 service call fee for any leak or water usage problem

                         that is the property owners responsibility. This includes any issue past the meter box.                 

   Activation Fee

All customers, except charter members will be charged a
one time activation fee of   $35.00.

Initial Connection Fee:

• $150 for Charter Members of Each Phase,
  
• Users signing up after the project begins, the actual
  cost of the connection will be required.
  

Payment Late Charge:        

• 10% of the payment, assessed after the 16th day of the
  month.
  
• Return Check Charge:         $25.00
  

Water Service Reconnection Charge:
•During Office Hours        $25.00
•After Office Hours           $35.00
Any service disconnected for non-payment will be subject to a
reconnection fee, plus full payment of the delinquent charges.
